Getting Your Quality Review Program in Place!

The updated Homes for the Aged rules require there to be a Quality Review Program place. Other assisting living communities can reduce liability and improve care by implementing a Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program. Understanding and utilizing a QAPI process is a best practice recommendation for any assisted living setting. This workshop focuses on how to develop interdisciplinary teams who will carry out internal reviews and corrective action plans.  Participants come away with a framework for their program and tools to implement it.

This program will be held virtually on Zoom in two segments:

Part A: June 6 from 9 am – noon ET

Part B: June 7 from 9 am – noon ET

Continuing Education

AFC & CALD: This continuing education activity is appropriate for adult foster care providers and certified assisted living directors for a recommended maximum of 6 clock hours of professional development.
