HCAM Webinar: Don't Miss Out On These Great Resources (AL)
4/19/20233pm4pm

Published by: Elly Cabral

Did you know that your HCAM membership includes national membership with AHCA/NCAL? Have you used ahcancalED or the other helpful resources that NCAL offers? The AHCA/NCAL website puts great resources right at your fingertips!

ahcancalED is a comprehensive online Learning Management System (LMS) for AHCA/NCAL members and their staff. AHCA/NCAL designed and created this resource to support members who do not have elaborate education departments or time to develop the newest in-service training. It’s a great value-added benefit.

Benefits to you:

  • Provides resources for owners and operators to improve overall workforce efforts and ensure staff stability.
  • Delivers the resources assisted living communities need to provide high-quality care.
  • Helps you find statistics on AL to better understand the impact.
  • Helps you improve care and organizational performance.
  • Provides information about policies that impact assisted living, including state regulations and reimbursement.
  • Provides tools and how-to guides with information needed to advocate both on Capitol Hill and in Lansing.

Join HCAM on April 19 from 3-4 pm for a virtual discussion with NCAL’s Katherine Preede. She will walk through all of the resources and tools you could be using to take it up a notch. Learn how to use NCAL resources to work smarter, not harder, to improve care and organizational performance.

This webinar is free to HCAM members!

* No CE will be provided for this program.
